Small business theme

This design is pretty contemporary and there is probably a lot of small business site that look like it. I don't really remember where I got the inspiration from.

It has some subtleties that make is attractive and kinda makes you want to click on things to see what happens.

I suppose it could be used as a portfolio or blog piece as well, but I think that would depend on the color scheme.
